Bandaa lets an organiser create a private event and invite people by QR code or private link. Participants join with a nickname and access linked to their device.

Bandaa is not a public social network: there are no public profiles, open feeds or discovery of people outside the event.

Bandaa is not available to anyone under 13. People aged 13 to 17 may use the service in V1. Bandaa does not collect a date of birth and does not provide parental controls or age verification.

Rules on parental authority and image rights may vary by country. A request concerning a minor may be sent to jason.h.suarez@gmail.com.

You must share only photos, videos or other content that you are legally allowed to share. You must respect privacy, image rights, copyright and reasonable removal requests.

Sharing in a private event does not mean that every person shown has automatically agreed to the image being taken or shared. Consider the context and obtain the permissions required by law or the circumstances.

You give Bandaa a limited technical permission to host, transmit, display to authorised members and organise your content so the event and its memory Book can work. This permission is not permission for advertising or open publication.

You may not share unlawful, threatening, violent, deceptive, harassing or intimate content without permission, or content that harms a minor, privacy, image rights or another person’s rights.

Bandaa may hide or remove content, limit access to an event or exclude a user when necessary for safety, handling a report or meeting an applicable obligation. The organiser may also act within their event using the available tools.

The app lets you delete your own photos, report content and request a targeted removal. A report does not automatically remove content: it is reviewed according to its reason.

Deleting an organiser account deletes the events it owns and associated media according to the deletion process. Deleting a participant account anonymises their participation, but photos already shared may remain in the event as collective content. See the Delete Your Account page.

The Organiser Pass is a one-time in-app purchase with no renewal. It can be restored with the same Apple or Google account, subject to the relevant Store’s rules.
