Support
For an event, capture, memory Book, notification or settings problem, include the context, device and approximate time. Do not send a password or technical token.
Potentially unlawful content
To notify us of potentially unlawful content, email jason.h.suarez@gmail.com with the subject “Potentially unlawful content notification”. Include the event link or code, the photo or approximate date, the precise reason and, if useful, your contact details for a reply. Send only necessary information.
You may also use reporting in the app when available. A report does not automatically remove content.
Reporting and removal
By email, put “Report” or “Photo removal” in the subject and include the event, photo or approximate date and reason.
You may request removal of a photo in which you appear, without claiming that every person shown automatically consented to the image.
Deletion and rights
For deletion outside the app, write “Delete my account”. For GDPR rights, write “GDPR request”. The actual effects are described on the Delete Your Account page and in Privacy Policy.
