Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your account in the app or by email, without signing in to this public page.
From the app
Open Settings, choose the account deletion action and confirm. The process revokes access linked to the device and starts the deletion provided by Bandaa.
By email
If you cannot open the app, email jason.h.suarez@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Describe the event or account concerned. Never send your technical token. We may request only the information strictly needed to verify the request.
What is deleted
For an organiser account, owned events and associated media are deleted through the deletion process. Access linked to the device is revoked. Copies already saved in a phone gallery are not controlled by Bandaa.
What may remain
For a participant account, participation is anonymised. Photos already shared remain collective event content and are not automatically deleted with the participant account. To remove a specific photo, use the removal action or contact us.
